Lost account

Hello, I had the game "Dark sword" on my previous phone and I was wondering how to get it back on my new one... I did buy some stuff so it would be annoying to lose every bit of my progression... Help please.

Yeah.I hope somebody would post a clear procedure on how to transfer your account to a new phone. That way we can avoid problems like these when we get new phones.
