Just by looking at the numbers, your equipment is either low tier or not upgraded at all. At the very least you should max Upgrade any equipped items you use and should really consider using stones to get a high level of upgrades on everything you use. Without doing so you won't get the high stats you're looking for.

I'd keep the legendary equipped. What you're missing is unique items, they can be a pain to find. You might want to also spend some time getting treasure, the bonuses add up to a sizeable effect.
