New phone

Got new phone and I am having big issue getting my character from old phone to new phone.. I have saved character info. When I load game on new phone so get a character with my name but they sent my character around 60_70 ish. My character is level 117 and amungst other things I purchased, I purchased the dragon package. And my dragon is not max level... My equipment were also highly up graded. Sword +2010 shoulder +830 helm +1310 amulet +660 and ring +660. It has taken toll on me. Once I got new phone with dark sword downloaded , when tried to get my character it keep giving me a lower level with not even close with m character attributes.
