I try to transfer the upgrade of my dark helm to inferno helm but it failed.. but it consume 70 soul and nothing happen.. how to fix it ??

That problem happens when you transfer the upgrade of your item to another item when it is locked or equipped according to someone who posted the same problem. He asked Nanoo about it and I don't know what happens next.
