Not get unique weapone

Change the rule of 100 soul , alteast one 1 UNIQUE or legendry
OR
change the rule of 100 soul , 5 time drawn it(100 soul) then get UNIQUE WEAPON

I have a unique helmet of inferno but i lost it because of not getting my previous account
