I want to know that too there not even a single video on how to use stone ??

You can use stones on your equipment only when you have reached the upgrade limit of your item like sword, armors and accesories. That way you can upgrade your item continuously beyond the limit but at the expense of gold and stones.
Stones can also be used to upgrade the pet dragon.
