Ninja Bug Suck!

Everytime I kill a ninja and pick the toy(Key). But my ninja still at 0 Key.
Is it for purchase mode?

It's not a bug. The ninja Figures can be acquired after the purchase of Season Pack. Otherwise, you can get it as normal Heroes after the current season is over. Hope this helps. Thank you.
