are those guys hacking?

This Korean guy was at insane speed but I only have some photos.Could you pls check him?(the guy who got 10/3 kills/deaths)

Another one is 10th on the leaderboards.He has weird kills/deaths ratio.Pls ban him.

For high kill death ratio, it may be that the player has been farming points against weak players.

For the speedy player, he may have hacked the game, however there is no way of knowing unless there's a video to prove it.

If you can get a video of the cheating user next time, please share it with us so that we may take proper action accordingly.
