Why didnt anyone after Feb 20th get rewarded for S and S+ survivors?

Im just curious...and disappointed that i didnt get rewarded,like a lot of others who posted on or after Feb 20th..esp if event was until Feb 25th??? Or if im wrong and people did rewarded after Feb 20th..Anyone???
