got bug at secret dungeon

How often do secret dungeons appear in nightmare dungeons?

Hello, is it me or the buff that the pet don't properly work? My pet dragon should give 30% attack and HP buff to all my characters, just like the buff given by the altar that give you that 10min 30% buff.
But I don't see any improvement ,is it just me or that buff is just additional to all the others buff and not a multiplication, like the 30 min 15% books, the 10 min 30% altar, or the 1 month 15% buff that you can buy from the store. Someone can explain to me please?
