I'm a veteran , i have a question

I'm a mechanical archer (lvl 290) 28Billions of bp with buff. My set is full LR spell legendary armor with diasius enchantment. S blacksmith skin

Question :
1.is there any guide for leveling up from 290-300? Since it was really damn hard. All i do was grinding xp and grinding tower and bosses if needed.
2. Is it normal for having 28 Bil (with buffs) when my level is already 290?
