Thats the last additional skill to open usually and u only need on 1 character, which will be your tower of limit farm character. And even you master additional drop its only 5% chance of getting 2 identical ingredient.

Class base additional skill (top one) gives most damage boost and then sharp attack (defense ignorance) is next. Then, you open transfer and crit dmg.
