When will Hermes open?

So Hermes is down for like 4 hours now... will we get a compensation for this? And is there an estimate as to when it will open up again? Because i can't find any post from a moderator or developer anywhere on forum. Greetings Brazen

I am just starting trading laurels and the shop being closed made me lost 2. 1 left now wich is a HUGE step back. Going for a few % raise each trade makes me conzider quitting at this time ... i am Hoping for compensation .....
