Just fix Orb master in general

Aside from what I’ve previously stated about how awful arcane storm is I noticed a new bug. This was only noticeable with effects turned on. Lightning mastery just stops working. Can only be fixed by resetting game. Most people play with the skills off so there’s a good chance your character has/will go hours with awful farming. I can see why the class is so bad…it’s because you guys aren’t paying attention to it! Please do something, how are we supposed to play this class???

you should remove Reinforced Orbs if you want your skills to hit AOE cause it sets alot of spells to a Single target Skill especially lightning mastery arcane storm will hit stronger if the HP of the mobs are lower its proportional to "lost HP" so if lvl 50/50 is 2700% and x 100% its hitting double if the hp to 5400% but in realisticly it will help alot if the boss's hp is really low so as the "Raid takes more time" the dmg gets better 2700%~5400% it was not meant for "clearing" it was meant for single damage
