Creature help

So I'm pretty new to this is it better to use creatures or the pets you get from stones and is crafting the 9nly way to get creature equips there isn't really a comprehensive guide for this game so I'm struggling a bit

You still get the stats from pets, even the equipped pets stats. So both creatures and pets are great to have. Also yes crafting is the only way to get the creatures equips, you can level them up on the creature or you can build a farming character to level up the gear manually. (I haven’t tested it yet but you may be able to get the equips from chests put on your creature and then play your creature and open it, I’ll have to test it to confirm lol
