Recovery game account

My name is Cesar i from Argentina.

 

Pardon for my bad english.. 

 

I format my phone for technical problems , next configured the android again with my google account, and then i download form google play and instaled  but when i opened  the game , dont  recovery my process. 

 

Im start in LVL 1!! .

 

Please can you helpme , to recovery my accunt process?

Formatie mi telefono por problemas tecnicos. Configure el android nuevamente con mi cuenta de google, baje el juego desde el google play y lo instale, pero cuando abri el juego , no recupero mi progreso.

 

Comence a jugar desde el LVL 1!

 

Por favor podrian ayudarme a recuperar el progreso de mi cuenta?

but in google games i can see my level and features

Will support fix, happened to me too and when I save it says already in use. How do I get a load for a new device or factory reset?

I cant recovery my account.... i lost all process...

it started giving me an error and user ID for support after first contact with support, we'll see.
